4. The advertiser supposed to pay full advertising costs before starting to display the advertisement.
5. The advertisement will appear according priority in payment and reservation of advertising space.
Site Policy:
1. To everyone who signs up as an employee, if you are not a specialist, this site is not suitable for you. The site is aimed at hiring a group of professional employees and specialists in different field.
2. The customer supposed to schedule a time to complete the required task when requesting the service since the site is not for the momentary tasks.
3. It is strictly forbidden the pseudonym or unexplained names. Signing up is done only by personal names, so that you will be able to obtain your salary later on.
4. It is strictly forbidden to circumvent the site and send personal data to customers, since this may expose you to permanent blocking of the site.
5. Kindly commit with the scheduled time for the task, which is determined by the customers and it is not permitted to hand over the work after this time or claim for fees.
6. It is permitted for employee to take more than one task at the same time with respect for the quality of tasks.
7. The customer has the right to request an amendment to the work after completing it once free of charge, and employee should facilitate it and send the file back to him.
8. It is strictly forbidden the plagiarism or violation of the intellectual property rights for writing and designing, since the site possesses accurate programs to discover plagiarism to avoid any legal liability.
9. The site has the right to withhold any employee who is evaluated by 3 stars by the customer.
10. Fees are paid to each employee when his portfolio is filled at a certain limit, which is determined each month by the site or when the employee asks for this by alerting the administration.
